Design-system
FSK and DSK had evolved as separate design systems despite sharing similar patterns. Together with developers, we unified them into one system with shared components and variable-based theming.
Goals
Gathered feedback from designers and developers to identify pain points in both systems
Audited both systems and defined a shared component and token architecture
Aligned the approach with stakeholders and made the case for one shared system
Ran regular working sessions with developers to keep components and tokens aligned across Figma and code
Results
Development tasks were completed 50% faster
Design tasks took around 30% less time

Design Support
I worked on FSK.ru for a year — first as a mid-level designer, then as a hands-on design lead supporting 3–4 designers.
Improving flows and interfaces
Day to day, I refined user flows, improved existing interfaces, and designed new pages and features. I prepared layouts and prototypes, aligned solutions with the client, and handed them off to developers.

Unmoderated usability study
I planned and ran an unmoderated study of a new FSK header — from preparing the prototype to analyzing the results and presenting them to the client. The study showed that users struggled to understand the new navigation.

Career Portal
I designed FSK’s career portal end to end, reviewed another designer’s work, and prepared the concepts for art director review. I presented every direction to the client.
Brief
Create a new career portal for FSK on a tight timeline. Keep the brand recognizable while giving it a fresh, distinctive character.
Process
FSK provided the content and a clear set of requirements. We structured the material and explored several visual directions — from FSK’s restrained style to a more playful interpretation of the brand.
I presented the first iteration to the client. Their feedback sent us back into exploration: we developed several new concepts, presented and defended each direction, and only then moved on to the final design.

New directions
We prepared three concepts in parallel, each with a different level of boldness — from a restrained evolution of FSK’s visual language to a radical new direction.
I took on the boldest concept, moving beyond the existing design system with expressive typography, punchier messaging, and a new visual language for the career portal.

Results
The client liked the boldest concept, but ultimately chose a more restrained direction to reduce risk. Another designer joined for the final stage; I reviewed their work, and together we carried the selected direction through to completion.
